Visiting the Central Coast? Make a Little Time for You

There is so much to love about visiting California's Central Coast.
The ocean. The trails. The little towns. Slow mornings by the bay. Good food. Family. Friends.
But let's be real.
Travel isn't always relaxing.
Sometimes you're sleeping in a bed that isn't yours. You've been sitting in a car or on a plane for hours. Your neck and back are tight. Your routine is completely off.
And sometimes you're here visiting family—which can be wonderful and also…a lot. 😊
I've had so many people find my massage studio while they're staying here in Los Osos, Baywood Park, Morro Bay or elsewhere along the Central Coast.
They come in for a massage while they're visiting, and I absolutely love it.
Your Vacation Can Include Taking Care of You
We tend to pack our trips with things to do.
Breakfast here. Meet everyone there. Go for a hike. Visit family. Dinner reservation. Drive up the coast.
And suddenly we need a vacation from our vacation.
So here's my invitation:
Leave a little empty space in your itinerary.
A 90-minute massage can be a beautiful way to give yourself that space.
Come in.
Put your phone away.
Get warm on the table.
Let me take care of you for a while.
And then go back out and enjoy this beautiful place we're lucky enough to call home.
Visiting Family? You Are Allowed to Take a Break
This is probably one of my favorite reasons people come see me while they're traveling.
They love their family.
They're happy to be here.
And they need a minute. 😂
If that's you, I understand.
Visiting family can mean different schedules, lots of conversation, sleeping somewhere unfamiliar, helping with meals, going from one activity to another and having very little time that's actually yours.
Taking 90 minutes for yourself doesn't mean you don't appreciate the people you came to see.
It means you're taking care of yourself while you're here, too.
Staying in Los Osos, Baywood Park or Morro Bay?
My massage studio is located in Los Osos, tucked away on the beautiful Central Coast near Morro Bay.
I regularly welcome visitors staying in the area, including guests near Baywood Park and the Back Bay, as well as travelers staying around Morro Bay.
Whether you're staying at the Back Bay Inn, Baywood Inn, Sea Pines Golf Resort or Inn at Morro Bay—or you're simply staying with family nearby—you're welcome in my studio.
You don't need to be one of my regular clients.
You don't need to know exactly what kind of massage you need.
That's my job.
Your Massage Is Created Around You
Maybe you've been hiking and your legs are tired.
Maybe your neck and shoulders are feeling the drive.
Maybe you've been traveling all day.
Maybe you're exhausted from sleeping somewhere other than your own bed.
Or maybe nothing hurts at all.
Maybe you simply want to feel incredibly cared for for 90 minutes.
That's enough.
My sessions combine personalized therapeutic massage and intuitive bodywork, with things like warm stones, aromatherapy, warm towels and other elements incorporated depending on what feels right for you.
We start with one simple question:
How does your body feel today?
And we go from there.
And Sometimes You Come Back
One of the sweetest things about working with visitors is seeing someone again the next time they're in town.
I've had people find me while they're here visiting, have a session, and then reach out again when they return to the Central Coast.
I love becoming someone's little ritual when they come to town.
So if you're planning a visit to Los Osos, Baywood Park, Morro Bay or the surrounding Central Coast, consider leaving a little room in your itinerary for yourself.
Explore.
Eat something delicious.
Spend time with the people you love.
Look at the ocean.
And somewhere in there…
Come get a massage.
I'll take care of you.
Lindy 💙
