I’m Lindy LaRoche, a massage therapist based on California’s Central Coast, offering bodywork that is responsive, thoughtful, and deeply attuned to the person on the table.

My approach is shaped by years of working closely with bodies under stress, transition, and fatigue. Rather than following a fixed sequence, I pay attention to subtle cues such as breath patterns, tissue tone, and nervous system responses.

Each session is allowed to unfold in a way that feels supportive and appropriate in the moment.

I’m especially drawn to working with people who feel overstimulated, depleted, or disconnected from their bodies. Much of my practice centers on helping clients slow down, regain a sense of internal steadiness, and feel more at home in themselves again.

I have a particular interest in supporting women through periods of physical and emotional change, including peri-menopause and pregnancy.

These transitions place unique demands on the body. My goal is to offer care that is adaptable, informed, and respectful of what is shifting beneath the surface.

My practice is located in Los Osos on California’s Central Coast, in a quiet and intentionally simple space. The environment is designed to feel calm and uncluttered so your attention can turn inward rather than outward.

From the pace of the session to the way time is held, everything is structured to support a sense of ease.

If you are seeking massage therapy that prioritizes awareness, nervous system support, and genuine listening rather than a one-size-fits-all experience, you are welcome here.
